All orders for our products are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days for both Canada and the United States.
Shipping Fees
We now offer free shipping on orders of $75+ (before taxes). For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee applies:
- $14.00 for Canada
- $17.00 for the USA
Minimum Order Policy
We only accept orders with a minimum value of $50 (before taxes and discounts). Orders below $50 will not be processed or shipped, and no shipping methods will appear at checkout for such orders.
At this time, we exclusively ship to Canada and the USA, with no international shipping available. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
Please note that orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high influx of orders or the inclusion of pre-order items, shipments may experience minor delays. Kindly allow for extra transit days during the delivery process. If a significant delay occurs in the dispatch of your order, we will notify you via email.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. 4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
